The Red and White Mountain Trail is basically a single track dirt road that runs parallel to I70 between Beavercreek and Vail. Mike and Kim ran the first part of the trail with us to an overlook, where we ate lunch. They then went back to town to hang with their family and Kathy and I ran the rest of the trail camping for the night on the Vail side.
